Continiuous vocational training, lifelong competencies and acquirement of professional skills are critical and vital to the practices of our staff. Marmara University Hospital as a partner will share own experiences in collaboration with our European colleagues in order to increase the proficiency of the nurses and paramedics which are the project target group, to follow the developments and innovations to improve the quality of the services by transferring best practices and to re-plan the training of medical staff at levels commensurate with European Union standards.
